Preparation time for all products ranges from 2-7 working days, depending on the time of year and confirmed orders already placed. We will advise you on estimated production time once we receive your order.
Shipping is by air cargo.
Air cargo is always prepaid because the “prepaid” rate is less expensive than the “collect” rate.
Charges for miscellaneous related local cargo expenses (for example, tracking, documentation, fumigation, Terminal and Handling Clearance, quota visas, etc.) are added to your invoice.
All needed shipping and custom papers are provided by Budhi Ayu.
We will send your tracking numbers to your email.
Orders And Returns
All prices are listed in US$ dollars.
Minimum order is US$1,000.00.
All purchases must be fully paid prior to shipment out of Indonesia.
You may make a 50% deposit and then pay the balance upon notification that the shipment is ready.
Bank transfers are the only option for payment. We understand that new customers fear cash transactions and we’re more than happy to supply you with a list of customer references. We are sure that after you’ve talked to a few of our customers, we are confident that you will be happy to shop with us.
Every product that we sell is guaranteed — if you have problems with your order because of an error on our part, then we assume responsibility and will credit you in full against your next order.
Any damaged or wrong items have to be claimed to Budhi Ayu within 10 days from receiving your goods.
If the problem is in regards to rejected products, you will need to document this with a picture and send it to email@example.com together with and explanation of the problem.
Notice all sizes and colors may vary slightly as most items are Hand Made.
